Welcome to Share The Harvest!

Thanks to all of you who participated in Share the Harvest this year! We hope that we helped you to look at the abundance of seasonal, delicious food in our lives in a new way. Please let us know what we can do to make our next Seasonal Food Celebration even better. Contact Us!

With our current globalised food system being so reliant on oil  - and oil and food becoming increasingly expensive - it is essential that we start growing our own food. What's more, our health is being seriously compromised by the processed foods we are all being bombarded with.

Share the Harvest is a collaboration of community groups across Bristol comming together to celebrate this abundance of local food. Throughout September and October, and particularly to coincide with World Food Day on 16 October and National Apple Day on 21 October, community groups will be holding community food swaps and other food related events.

Come and join in the food fun and frolics by bringing along something you have either cooked, baked, grown or picked yourself. The healthier and more local the better!
